Modes of chart

There are different modes of charts to visualize different aspects of the session; here are explanations on what they show.

Total weight

Shows the total weight you’ve lifted in the whole session.

Max weight

It shows the best weight you lifted out of all the sets

Max Set

Max set shows the set with the most volume.

Best 1RM set

Shows the set with the best estimated 1RM. This can be used as an indicator of how you’re progressing over time.
